Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Campbell, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
City of Campbell is seeking sealed bids to install 60 LF of 60" metal culvert and clean/shape an existing ditch. Contractor shall provide all equipment and materials to install 60 LF of 60" metal culvert, provided by the Owner, in an existing ditch. Contractor shall install culvert at grades shown on the construction drawings and shall provide all bedding, backfill, and rip-rap slope protection required for the installation. All backfill and bedding shall be compacted until no appreciable settlement is detected. Project to also include cleaning and shaping existing ditch from the intersection of State Route 53 and State Route WW to the intersection with the main ditch at the location of the proposed culverts. Ditch slopes shall be graded at 2:1 slopes and all excess spoils used to fill erosion areas and/or hauled to the shooting range along State Route 62. Slopes to be fertilized and seeded with grass upon completion. The City of Campbell reserves the right to reject any/all bids. Successful bidder shall maintain liability insurance.
