Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Dover, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Stewart County Park Improvements - Lick Creek Park and Indian Mound Park The Project includes the following Work: Contract #1 - Proposed work at Lick Creek Park includes new splashpad area, renovationsto existing restroom structure, resurfacing of existing tennis courts into pickleball, tennis, and cornhole, installation of a prefabricated ADA accessible boat slip system, ADA parking improvements and associated grading and utilities. Contract #2 - Proposed work for Indian Mound Park includes site work and preparation for a new parking area, playground, and prefabricated pavilion structures. Question Deadline 08/14/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A. Submit all questions via email to Laurie Smith, Project Coordinator (lauries@a2h.com) Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The Project has an expected duration of 180 days. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Stewart County, TN reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bid proposals, in whole or in part, as may be in the best interest of the county
