Remove and dispose of any old units or equipment on old roof. Repair or replace any roof drain and gutters with new roof. Scope of Work: Tear off existing roofing membrane down to the existing polyisocyanurate insulation. Remove existing metal flashings, gutters and downspouts o Adhere 60 mil TPO membrane to the insulation assembly. o Adhere 60 mil TPO membrane to the walls and mechanical curbs. Counterflashing to be 24 ga galvanized o Detail work shall be installed in accordance with the manufacturer's printed installation procedures for the desired warranty. o Fabricate and install 24 ga kynar coping caps over 22ga galv. cleats. o Fabricate and install 24 ga kynar gutters and downspouts. o New wood nailers to be installed at perimeter edges. o Provide Contractor's Two (2) Year Warranty covering both materials and workmanship. o Provide Manufacturer's Twenty (20) Year No Dollar Limit (NDL) Warranty covering both materials and workmanship.
