Description

Renovation of a fire / police facility in Dover, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

The Stewart County Board of Education solicits bids for the replacement of two (2) 15 ton Gas heating and cooling units for the Stewart County Middle School Gym. Price to include all installation of new unit and removal of old units including use of crane. Stewart County School System reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to accept any proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the county. 1. Furnish all labor, materials needed to install new units on Gym roof. New package units will be replacing 2 geothermal units, new curb adapters will need to be fabricated and be included in final bid price. 2. Remove and dispose of any installation related debris.
