Proposers may submit supplemental information that they deem would be useful for NJSBA in evaluating its proposal. Proposers are encouraged to be clear, factual, and concise in the presentation of information. Proposers are cautioned, however, that the response must meet the minimum RFP requirements. Scope of Services The successful vendor shall provide the following services: This project comprises the renovation of a commercial use of one three story masonry and metal framed construction (construction type 111b) with a full basement, no use change is proposed. The scope of work encompasses all work related to existing interior hall, reception and conference room alteration. Additional work includes new doors, finishes, and electrical work, as indicated in the architectural plan, attached as Appendix B.
