GEM at MOTON Bid Packages 03.0 Site Concrete, 26.1 Electrical, Communication, Electronic Safety, 31.0 Earthwork, 32.3 Landscaping, and 32.4 Irrigation Sealed bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, before the time set for opening bids, as well as bids received after the time set for opening bids, will not be considered, and will be returned unopened. The bidding process will be in compliance with the Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974 (as amended). A Bid Security, as stipulated in the bid documents, in the amount of 5% of the bid, shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. By this notice, all provisions of the act apply to this project and are incorporated into notice by reference. Construction Manager for the project is Nabholz Construction.
