Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a civil project in Richmond, Virginia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and road / highway.

The Work consists of the following: The Work consists of Type A milling and hydro-demolition of concrete deck slab and approach slab with latex-modified concrete overlay, removal of roadway joint seals and replacement with Class I adhesive based joint seals, elastomeric bearing replacement, zone coating of existing steel, concrete substructure repairs, application of waterproofing concrete surface color coating, phased traffic control, removal and replacement of concrete median on deck and approach slab, and railroad coordination over the life of the project.
