The Commissioners of Public Works for the City of Spartanburg and the Spartanburg Sanitary Sewer District Commission will accept sealed proposals for the purpose of gathering specification information, costs, and select a provider that can furnish and deliver construction materials such as screenings, crusher run, #5 stone, surge stone, and rip rap. It is the policy of Spartanburg Water that local Minority and Women Owned Enterprises, (MWBE's) shall be afforded the opportunity to participate fully in the overall procurement process of Spartanburg Water.
