Reference Number 0000396985 The City of Spartanburg is requesting proposals from qualified Epoxy Floor System firms for the installation of an epoxy coating at a newly constructed facility,18,750 square feet. The epoxy system must be suitable for aircraft operations and meet all relevant performance and durability standards. All questions must be submitted through the website no later than 4:00 PM on September 11, 2025 KSPA may reject any proposals that do not comply with this RFP. The City of Spartanburg reserves the right to reject all proposals if it is in the best interest of the City. PN - 2526-09-16
