The vendor that is awarded the proposal will be required to be a licensed contractor, obtain a City of Spartanburg Business License and all the required Building Permits. The City of Spartanburg reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any informality in the qualifications process. Removal and Replacement of the HVAC system at CC Woodson Recreation Center SCOPE OF WORK General The purpose of this work is to provide construction services for the Removal and Replacement of the HVAC system at CC Woodson Recreation Center 210 Bomar Avenue Spartanburg, SC Construction Phase Furnish and install the following equipment and materials: Removal of existing and replacement of (2) 25 TON Trane Rooftop gas package units, (1) 12.5 TON Rooftop gas package unit o The units need to include new thermostats o Fresh air intakes on all units Note: If possible, the use of the existing Rooftop curbs and make sure everything is sealed properly. o New Rooftop curbs may be needed Electrical work as needed Visual inspection of existing duct system with minor repair included if required. Crane Permits Complete installation and start-up Complete cleanup of area after installation Liability, Auto and Workers comp insurance required and city business license
