Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a museum in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the demolition of a museum; for the addition of a 5,200-square-foot museum; for the renovation of a 2,600-square-foot museum; and for site work for a museum.
The project consists of a 3,529 square-foot exhibit space addition, 2,352 square-foot roof deck addition, and associated renovations and site modifications, including expansions and updates to the existing PME/FP systems. The project also includes alternates for updates to existing toilet rooms throughout the Marbles Kids Museum main building and IMAX building. Wake County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
