Installation of gradient control and underdrain system. Installation of lysimeter (sump leak detection). Installation of 2-foot clay liner and 60-mil geomembrane liner. Installation of leachate collection system piping and drainage layer. Installation of 30,000 gallon leachate underground storage tank and loadout facility. Electrical, controls and SCADA installation using a designated Systems Integrator to incorporate pump controllers, panels and power, and associated electrical wiring, controls, and panels. Installation of underground power and communications conduit. Installation of leachate transfer piping, structures and accessories. Construction of sedimentation basin and stormwater control structures. Construction of access roads and ditches. Installation of 5-ft frost protection layer. Site restoration, seeding and topsoil. Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the Owner.
