The Washington State Department of Transportation Ferries Division, operating as Washington State Ferries (hereinafter called "WSF"), issues this notice of Invitation For Bids (IFB) for the following described project: The Contract work consists of the following repairs to the Issaquah Class ferry M.V. Chelan: Berth Vessel, Temporary Services, Test And Inspections, USCG U/W Hull And Internal Inspections (UWILD), Gauge Vessel Steel, Fuel Tank Inspections, Vehicle Deck Steel Renewal, Eos Head Deck Replacement, Upper Vehicle Deck Walkway Joiner Repairs; and other work maintenance work as specified in the IFB Technical Specifications. The vessel is 328'2" x 78'8" and carries 124 vehicles and 1200 passengers. All of the work must be performed within Puget Sound, Washington during the period of December 08, 2025 - January 30, 2026. Certified state Public Works Small Business Enterprise (PWSBE) and certified Veteran Owned Businesses (VOBs) and Minority and Women's Business Enterprises (MWBEs) are encouraged to participate in the IFB process
