Renovation of a military facility in Fairchild Air Force Base, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a generator repair at Fairchild AFB, WA. Please see attached Combo and Statement of Work for further details. Complete all highlighed portions of the attached Combo and return with your proposal. Please provide a technical description of the services and labor being offered, per FAR 52.212-1(b)(4). Email all questions and quotes to both Lt Mikeeli Hanson and Mr. Brian Fernandez. Questions are due by 10:00 AM PST on 31 July 2025. Quotes are due by 1:00 PM PST on 13 August 2025. The Contractor shall complete all work, which includes furnishing all supervision, labor (not to exceed 16 hrs.), material, equipment and services, unless otherwise specified herein, required under this contract. All work shall be performed by a credentialed mechanic/technician as required to not void the existing warranty on the Cummins generator and in accordance with this Statement of Work (SOW). 1. Disassemble engine a. Disassemble the engine to a level required to remove the faulty Electronic Control Module 2. Install new Electronic Control Module. All components shall be OEM or approved by the OEM. a. Cummins Part Number - 4354531RX
