The work will provide a Type III jet fuel hydrant system to support the Washington Air National Guards KC-135 aircraft mission. The scope includes installation of two 10,000-barrel jet fuel tanks, a 2,400 GPM pumphouse, two truck offload stations, two truck fillstands, a 10-inch transfer line, a 12-inch hydrant loop, eight hydrant pits, various site fuel piping, and an eight-position truck refueler parking area. The project may also include truck filling stations, offloading stations, and refueler parking stations with canopies. Work will be executed as a firm fixed-price, design-bid-build construction contract, requiring full compliance with applicable standards for fuel supply facilities.
