**As of September 16, 2025, the project was awarded to Dixon Electric, with an awarded amount of $186,115.75** Benner Township will receive bids for the BENNER TOWNSHIP GREEN LIGHT-GO TRAFFIC SIGNAL MODIFICATIONS project at the following intersections: *Benner Pike (SR 0150) and Amberleigh Lane AND *Benner Pike (SR 0150) and Stonecrest Drive / Private Drive. A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of Benner Township, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid. All bids must be submitted on a lump sum basis. Benner Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. Bidders must be pre-qualified by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and submit proof thereof with their bid. Pre-qualification codes P and P4 of bidders, as specified in Section 102.01 of Publication 408, are required on this project. Bidder shall comply with all state and federal laws prohibiting discrimination in hiring or employment opportunities. Pennsylvania prevailing minimum wage rates will apply. Bids may be held by Benner Township for a period not to exceed forty-five (45) days from the date of opening of Bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidders prior to awarding the Contract.
