The proposed work consists of replacing one lighted pole sign of the same current design, one back litsign on the building, exterior painting on the building frontage only, replacement of under walkway lighting, and installation of two exterior lights on the building facing the parking lot. The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment and labor to complete the project. This project is being funded by a Community Development Block Grant under the Hometown Revitalization Program for the purpose of community redevelopment and revitalization and is subject to all grant requirements of the CDBG-HRP Grant Agreement No. M0056. Question Deadline 08/22/2025 The BIDDERS must submit all questions, if any, in writing at least five (5) days prior to the BID date. A Bid Bond in the amount of 1% of the total amount of the Bid shall accompany the Bid. The City of Springfield (City) reserves the right to reject any and all Bids. All Bids shall be firm (including all labor and material prices) for a period of 30 days after opening. The City shall award the Contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder; provided, however, the City reserves the right to award the Contract to a Bidder who is not the lowest responsive and responsible bidder if the City determines in its reasonable discretion that another Bid offers the City a better value based upon the reliability, quality of service, or product of such other Bidder. The Project has an expected duration of 90 days.
