Railroad Avenue Paving Project A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of Roulette Township or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. A performance bond and payment bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract as awarded will be required as security for the faithful performance of the contract. The successful contactor will be required to comply with all applicable prevailing wage rates, and the contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, age, religion, sex, national origin, or disability. Proposals must be submitted on the forms prescribed. The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any formalities or irregularities in the bids received, and to accept any bid deemed most favorable to the Township.
