The Contractor will be required to be licensed by the PA Department of Agriculture to apply pesticides and will be required to submit the license with the bid. In addition, the business must show the names of the pesticide applicators and their certification as a Certified Commercial/Public Pesticide Technician with the bid. The Contractor will also be required to supply the Plant Dealer or Nursery License as certified under Pennsylvania's Plant Pest Act. Failure to supply these items with the bid will result in disqualification of the bid. Shaw Library Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids
