The project (3 rd Floor Renovations) is located at 3150 S.W. 52 nd Avenue, Pembroke Park, FL 33023. The TOWN will consider Bids only from responsible and responsive Bidder(s) licensed and qualified by experience to provide and do the work specified. Funding for the project may be made possible through American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and is contingent on strict conformance to the guidelines set forth by Federal Procurement and Contract Standards. Respondents will comply with the Federal Regulations Contract Requirements (Exhibit A).
