Backbone Fiber Installation o Install new singlemode fiber optic cabling from the Main Distribution Frame (MDF) to six (6) Intermediate Distribution Frame (IDF) locations. o Terminate fiber at both ends using appropriate patch panels. o Provide and install conduit, innerduct, or cable tray as needed for proper support, routing, and protection. o Perform testing and certification of each fiber run; submit documentation. 2. Structured Data Cabling (Admin IDF) o Install new Category 6 or higher cabling from the Admin IDF to designated endpoint locations, including staff workstations and wireless access points. o Work shall include: o Termination at patch panels and faceplates o Proper labeling of each run o Testing and certification of all installed cabling The Project/Equipment sought under this request are set forth in more detail in Attachment "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Notwithstanding the inclusion of such Project/Equipment in Attachment "A", the final scope of Project/Equipment negotiated between City and the successful Vendor shall be set forth in the Professional Service Agreement ("Agreement") executed by and between City and the successful Vendor. A copy of the Agreement is attached hereto as Attachment "B" and incorporated herein by this reference. The Vendor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, installation, schematic renderings (e.g., network layout or as-built diagrams), coordination, permits, supervision, freight, and incidentals (including tax) as necessary to perform and complete the project as outlined in this RFQ and the resulting Agreement.
