Erosion control including mulch, seed, COIR mat and logs, dewatering and aquatic relocation plan (prior to grading), stormwater and general surface water flow management, and site BMPs (e.g. silt fencing). Grading including excavation, soil placement, and compaction. Earthwork spoils hauling and disposal. Import of materials such as boulders and ESM material required by contractor. Export of excess fill. Construction details including channel section improvements such as invert groins, boulder stacks and fields, and streamflow culvert crossings Implementation of, and adherence to, project specific permits and mitigation and monitoring plan requirements. Each proposal must be accompanied by either a certified or cashiers check or by a corporate surety bond payable to the District on the forms provided, as a guarantee that the bidder will, if an award is made to him/her in accordance with the terms of his/her proposal, promptly execute a contract in the required form, and furnish the necessary insurance certificates, Performance Bond and Payment Bond, in accordance with the Contract Documents. Said check or bidders bond shall be in an amount not less than 10 percent (10%) of the estimated total contract payments for the maximum amount of work which may be awarded the bidder in accordance with the terms of his/her proposal.
