Reference Number 0000394440 The City of Lone Tree ("City" or "Owner") hereby invites qualified firm(s) and/or individuals (Professional Services Providers) interested in providing Design and Engineering (A/E) services to submit a response to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the design of the City Admin Remodel Project. The Owner desires to retain a highly qualified, capable firm(s) to act as the Architect throughout the planning, design, and construction of the complete Facilities. The Architect and subconsultants will be expected to collaborate in a transparent and efficient manner with the City and the Owner's Representative, Artaic Group. The City of Lone Tree occupies 9220 Kimmer Dr., Lone Tree, CO 80124. With the construction of a new Justice Center and Public Works facility, the city is looking to consolidate the remaining offices and spaces for future use. The project will involve repurposing approximately 5,000 square feet of existing commercial office space to accommodate the City's administrative staff. Renovations are expected to include space planning, interior finish upgrades, code compliance updates, and potential mechanical, electrical, and IT system modifications to support efficient operations and a professional, civic-oriented work environment. The selected design team will collaborate closely with City staff to develop a design that is functional, cost-effective, and aligned with the City's standards for workplace quality and public service delivery.
