The Kenton County Airport Board ("KCAB") will receive proposals for Snow Hauling Services. Questions are due at 11:59 pm on Monday, August 11, 2025 and answers will be posted no later than Thursday, August 14, 2025 at 11:59 pm. Questions received on or before the Deadline to Submit Questions in the Schedule of Events will be posted on the Question and Answer tab of this ITB on the bidding system per the Schedule of Events. Answers to questions from any bidder will be available to all proposers. KCAB reserves the right to modify or alter the schedule of events to such extent as may be beneficial to KCAB. KCAB reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularity in any proposal or bid guaranty, to reject any or all proposals, to award or refrain from awarding a contract for the work, and to negotiate with the apparent qualified responsible proposer to such extent as may be beneficial to KCAB. KCAB in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. In the event it becomes necessary to revise, change, modify or cancel this ITB or to provide additional information, addenda will be issued to all recipients of this ITB. Provide up to twelve (12) trucks, at a minimum of twelve (12) hours' notice, to haul snow from CVG. A bidder may submit a bid for any number of trucks (up to 12) it is capable of and willing to supply in accordance with these specifications. Ensure the availability for this service from November 1 through March 31, on an as-needed basis, each year of the agreement. Provide trucks and operators that are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide necessary snow hauling during snow events. Provide trucks with beds that are a minimum of 18' long, 7'7" wide, and the maximum height of 10'6" at the top of the side boards. Provide a service truck to stand by while KCAB's employees haul snow to keep the trucks operating. Bids in response to this ITB must indicate it is valid for a period no less than one hundred twenty (120) days from the closing date. Provide copy of Contractor's license to operate in the state of Kentucky. The term of the agreement will be for three (3) years with an option to renew for two (2) additional one year terms or one (1) additional two year term.
