The Ohio Department of Veterans Services (ODVS)/Ohio Veterans Home (OVH) - Sandusky is seeking bids for the Repair of two Humidifiers in Air Handlers at 3416 Columbus Avenue, Sandusky, OH 44870. ODVS/OVHS is Requesting a Quote (RFQ) for Repair, replacement of needed parts, and repair humidifiers in two (2) air handlers. ODVS/OVHS is requiring the Contractor to test and verify that humidifiers are working properly after completion of their work. AHU 6: 1.) Two (2) bad water level sensor boards. 2.) Two (2) connection plug 5 position Scope: Disconnect water and electric to humidifier. Provide and install all the parts stated above. Reinstall unit. Reconnect water and electricity. Test and verify proper operation of unit. AHU 8: 1.) One (1) bad water level sensor boards. 2.) One (1) connection plug 5 position Scope: Disconnect water and electric to humidifier. Provide and install all the parts stated above. Reinstall unit. Reconnect water and electricity. Test and verify proper operation of unit.
