In order to prevent an extension of the bid opening, the Bidder is encouraged to submit all such RFIs a minimum of 7 days before the bid opening. the Bidder shall submit a written Request for Information to the Architect/Engineer for an interpretation or clarification Prevailing Wage Rates and the City's Equal Opportunity Requirements are applicable to the Contract.
