The extent of the work is approximately as follows: Replacement of storm structures and earthwork of a stormwater pond located at the southeast corner of Parker Road and Cottonwood Drive. Work includes but is not limited to; demolition of a grouted rip-rap berm (451 SY), replacement of existing concrete forebay (56 CY), replacement of a concrete trickle channel (484 LF), installation of a maintenance access path (420 SY), replacement of an outlet structure (20 CY) and regrading and revegetating the existing pond bottom.
