The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, landscape grading and earthwork, drainpipe decommissioning, installing catch basins and new drainpipe, removing multi-flow pipe, asphalt pathway paving and repair, removing and installing a bench and concrete pad, tree planting, and landscape maintenance. Bidders must provide the following with the bid submission when the total bid amount is equal to or greater than one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) inclusive of taxes: Type: Bid Bond Amount: 10% of total bid amount A Performance Bond of a Company Registered to Conduct the Business of a Surety in Manitoba, in the Amount of Fifty Percent (50%) of the Contract Price; and a Labour and Materials Payment Bond of a Company Registered to Conduct the Business of Surety in Manitoba, in the Amount of Fifty Percent (50%) of the Contract Price.
