The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for qualified licensed contractors for general construction services for on-call/on-demand basis, for the following general construction classifications: General Construction Street Construction and Repair Low Voltage Electrical and Cabling Plumbing HVAC/Mechanical Exterior/Interior Painting Electrical Roofing Fencing Landscaping Structural Demolition Weed and Brush Control Excavation and Earthwork Water and Sewer Systems Construction and Repairs Deadline to Submit Questions Potential Offerors 8/12/2025 4.
