Professional services for the design of a Joint Traffic Management Center (JTMC) to co-locate emergency dispatch personnel and statewide operations staff in a centralized, purpose-built facility at the Alaska State Troopers facility in Fairbanks, Alaska. The project includes architectural, engineering, and technology systems design services. To provide professional services as stipulated in the attached Proposed Statement of Services, Appendix B.
