The Town of Westcliffe is seeking engineering proposals for the installation of water and sewer mains needed to service Town-owned lots for the construction of housing units. These water and sewer mains will extend from existing main lines and will need to satisfy short- and long-term growth needs of the District. Approximately 1,350 feet of 8-inch water main and 3,150 feet of 10-inch sewer main will need to be installed, along with the installation of water and sewer service stub-ins to the lots.
