Renovation of a military facility in Bayfield, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision required for the removal and installation of showers in separate berthing rooms for USCG Station Bayfield. Refer to the Statement of Work for requirements. The period of performance will begin no later than 15 days after the contract is awarded. This procurement is estimated to be less than $25,000.00. The applicable NAICS is 238220 (Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors) with a Small Business Size Standard of $19.0M. All relevant solicitation documents, including specifications and drawings, will be available for download exclusively from the Internet in approximately seven days. Interested parties should register under the solicitation number 70Z03025QCLEV0115 to receive notifications. The due date for offers will be established upon issuance of the Request for Quote. Any amendments issued will be posted solely on SAM.gov. Question Deadline 08/15/2025 Location: USCG Station Bayfield The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 45 calendar days All Questions Pertaining to This Solicitation Shall Be Submitted in Writing to the Contracting Specialist at Jennifer.l.hipp@uscg.mil.
