Renovation of a library in Newberg, Oregon. Working plans call for the renovation of a library.

As of September 11, 2025, no bids received. No definite date for the rebid. Public Men's and Women's restrooms and drinking fountain space between M/WBE's are encouraged to participate in the bid process. The City of Newberg an Oregon municipal corporation ( hereafter the "Agency"), is issuing this Invitation to Bid (ITB) to establish a Contract/Price Agreement for updates to the library's public Women's Restroom and Men's Restroom. This task will involve removing and installing new stalls, toilets, urinal, sinks, toilet roll holders, hand dryers and the drinking fountain between the two bathrooms. The 1980's flooring is currently brick. Ideally, the preferred approach would be epoxy resin applied over the top of the brick on the flooring and partial wall. The area between the two bathrooms would also be coated with the same epoxy. The City will consider another approximation, as long as it is explained in detail. By submitting an Offer, Bidder agrees to supply all goods and services ordered during the term of any awarded Price Agreement. We will issue the procurement contract and any related purchases to the lowest responsible Bidder. There will be only one service period and it is anticipated that this task can be completed in just a few weeks. Phase 1 Remodel of the women's restroom (See diagrams in appendix A). o Material/coating will be placed over the layer of brick on the walls and floor of the bathroom. o All fixtures will be metal o New bathroom stalls will be anti-graffiti coated (2) o New stainless steel toilets (2) o New toilet roll holders (2) o New stainless steel sink (1) o New hand-drier (1) o New changing station (1) When phase 1 is complete the successful bidder will move on to phase 2. Phase 2 Remodel of the men's restroom (See diagrams in appendix B). o Material/coating will be placed over the layer of brick on the walls and floor of the bathroom. o All fixtures will be metal o New bathroom stall will be anti-graffiti coated (1) o New toilet roll holder (1) o New stainless steel toilet (1) o New stainless steel urinal (1) o New stainless steel sink (1) o New hand-drier (1) o New changing station (1) When phase 2 is complete the successful bidder will move on to phase 3. Phase 3 Area between the bathrooms (See diagrams in appendix C). o New drinking fountain (metal) will have a water bottle refill feature o The same epoxy will be used in the area between the bathrooms.
