The Sunrise Water Authority (Sunrise) seeks sealed electronic proposals and sealed bids from pre-qualified contractors to provide construction services for a water main replacement project. Installation of approximately 2,930 feet of public water main along SE Ridgecrest Road in Happy Valley, OR. The project is designed to replace approximately 2930 feet of 8-inch cast iron water main, as well as install four (4) fire hydrants, replace 410 feet of residential service connections, install seven (7) gate valves, and install all necessary bends and fittings. The project will require the contractor to install a temporary overland pipe system to provide water service to affected customers during construction. All ductile iron pipe and fittings are to be zinc coated for the project. Est. Completion Date: Nov. 30, 2025 Pre-Qualification: Yes Question Deadline 08/20/2025
