Site work and paving for a civil project in Happy Valley, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
**Clarification 1 and Addendum 1 are available. Sealed bids for the construction of the Todd St. & Linda Ln. Area Water Main Replacement, Project No. C12682 (Project) All work is to be completed according to the schedule provided in the Contract documents. District intends to issue a limited Notice to Proceed date no later than January 12, 2026 for the purposes of ordering materials, with a Notice to Proceed for construction no later than February 12, 2026 The Project consists of furnishing required labor, equipment, and materials for construction of the following: 1. Approximately 4,500 linear feet of eight-inch restrained ductile iron water main, eleven hydrants with associated six-inch piping, new valves and associated appurtenances, with nine new connections to the existing water system (two hot tap and seven in-line connections) with thrust restraints. 2. Reconnection of 89 residential water services between new water lines and existing meters. 3. Roadway paving and striping restoration, and other miscellaneous surface restoration. 4. Abandonment of existing 6-inch and 4-inch water lines, valves, hydrants, and associated appurtenances The Engineer's Estimate for This Project is $2,000,000 - $2,500,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Bids must be submitted on the prescribed forms and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond executed in favor of Tualatin Valley Water District in an amount equal to five percent of the amount bid as described in Paragraph 11.1 of Section 00 21 13 Instructions to Bidders The Owner reserves the right to reject all bids not in compliance with all prescribed public contracting procedures and requirements, including bidder responsibility under ORS 279C.375(3)(b), and may reject for good cause all bids upon the Owner's finding that it is in the Owner's or the public's best interest to do so
