Area Water Main Replacement, Project No. C12682 (Project) All work is to be completed according to the schedule provided in the Contract documents. District intends to issue a limited Notice to Proceed date no later than January 12, 2026 for the purposes of ordering materials, with a Notice to Proceed for construction no later than February 12, 2026 The Project consists of furnishing required labor, equipment, and materials for construction of the following: 1. Approximately 4,500 linear feet of eight-inch restrained ductile iron water main, eleven hydrants with associated six-inch piping, new valves and associated appurtenances, with nine new connections to the existing water system (two hot tap and seven in-line connections) with thrust restraints. 2. Reconnection of 89 residential water services between new water lines and existing meters. 3. Roadway paving and striping restoration, and other miscellaneous surface restoration. 4. Abandonment of existing 6-inch and 4-inch water lines, valves, hydrants, and associated appurtenances The Engineer's Estimate for This Project is $2,000,000 - $2,500,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
