Description

Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Happy Valley, Oregon. Conceptual plans call civil work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The City of Happy Valley is accepting proposals from qualified firms for landscape, architecture, and related services to support the design of a new Happy Valley Community Park (HVCP). The city has purchased 40 acres for the future site of the HVCP. The project aims to develop a community park that offers a wide range of amenities, including access to nature, active and passive recreation, gathering spaces, trails, and outdoor features that support year-round use. A schematic design-level concept plan has already been completed with community engagement. The selected consultant team will be expected to build upon this work and advance the project through design development, land use entitlements, and construction documents suitable for permitting, bid assistance, and construction administration through project closeout. Proposals must be received electronically by the City of Happy Valley and must be clear, succinct, and not exceed twenty pages.
