Renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility in Honea Path, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 960-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility.
E-Scrap Standing Seam Metal Building Renovation qualified vendors to renovate a 40 ft x 24 ft building that was constructed in 2011 and needs to be renovated to provide security and better forklift access. More details can be found on the link below. Question Submission Deadline August 11, 2025, 5:00pm Vendor shall remove and modify two (2) 10-foot roll-up doors located on the 40-foot side of the building and make any necessary structural adjustments. Repair miscellaneous damaged metal in several locations on the building. Remove both 10 ft wide roll-up doors. Frame and close off the south door using metal studs and corrugated sheet metal. Modify the second 10 ft opening to accept barn-style rolling door system and install a framed corrugated metal barn door. On the 24 ft wide side of the building, remove and replace the 32" x 70" metal man door.Replace door with a solid metal door. Include all hardware (Fasteners, sealants, anchors, shims, etc.) Bonding will not be required for this project.
