The vendor shall provide durable, portable litter fencing that can be arranged in close proximity to the landfill working face and quickly relocated by dozers as wind conditions shift or as the working face moves. The fencing must meet minimum standards for structural frame, enclosure, and lift brackets, and must be capable of withstanding winds at a minimum of 65 mph. Vendors are responsible for delivery to Twin Chimney's Landfill, off-loading with site assistance, and providing final assembly assistance on-site for immediate use. Proposals must include an introduction letter, organizational information, experience with similar projects, key personnel resumes, references, lump sum pricing, and, upon award, proof of required insurance. Vendors must obtain all necessary licenses and permits, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The County reserves the right to reject any and all responses and to waive technicalities. Submittals must follow a prescribed format, be submitted electronically before the deadline, and comply with all instructions, requirements, and terms outlined.
