Reference Number 0000298700 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/08/12 12:00:00 AM MDT The work included in the ERFP is for the detailed design, manufacturing, factory testing, delivery, and supervision of installation, testing and commissioning of the Heat Exchanger Skids and Heat Pumps (together referred as the "Wastewater Heat Recovery Equipment" hereafter) for the Project. The full extent of the scope of supply is as described in Appendix D: Evaluation The successful Bidder is responsible for completing all aspects outlined within this scope of supply. Bidders are invited to submit Proposals for the scope of supply. Proposals, or parts of Proposals from Bidders for portion(s) of the Work other than those identified in Appendix D: Evaluation Forms as provided for in this ERFP on MERX will not be considered. Graham, in consultation with The City, reserves the right to extend similar work under this ERFP to the successful bidder without issuing future ERFP's. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
