Reference Number 0000300190 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/08/27 12:00:00 AM MDT The Calgary Airport Authority invites qualified vendors to submit proposals for a Service Agreement to provide Cleaning and Maintenance Services for the Ground Transportation & Parking areas at YYC Calgary International Airport. These facilities are vital contributors to the Authority’s non-aeronautical revenue, and maintaining their cleanliness and functionality is essential to operational success. Contract Term: 3 years starting January 1, 2026, with options to renew for two (2) additional one-year terms. Pricing: Firm for the initial term; subject to mutual review upon renewal. Scope Activation: The Authority may activate all or part of the scope at any time during the contract term, based on operational needs and budget. Award Structure: May be awarded to one or multiple vendors, based on best value and service capability. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
