Project No. 05097-2022-013 The Work includes draining approximately 50% of the Sourdough Tank, coordinating operations with the Owner, cleaning the tank interior, facilitating a structural condition assessment with the Engineer, replacing the 12-inch gate valve on the drain line, replacing the interior ladder and overflow pipe, collecting one concrete core sample from the tank roof and patching with hydraulic cement, and monitoring groundwater during construction. Such affirmations shall be written using Section 00 45 14 (found in Appendix A - Project Forms). Each Bidder must submit a signed Non-Collusion Affidavit with its bid, as provided in Section 00 45 15 (Found in Appendix A - Project Forms). The affidavit confirms that the bid has been prepared and submitted without collusion, fraud, or improper conduct.
