A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Renovations to the existing sanitary sewer collection system in South Black Avenue from College Street to the dead end including cul-de-sacs. Renovations include: removal and replacement of 1,489 lineal feet of sewer main, manholes, service connections, restoring disturbed areas to pre-existing conditions and all work related to and incidental to construction. Est. Completion Date: Aug. 1, 2026. Each Bid or proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond payable to the City of Bozeman, Montana, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid. Successful BIDDERS shall furnish an approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Insurance as required shall be provided by the successful BIDDER(s) and a certificate(s) of that insurance shall be provided. No Bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled time for the public opening of bids.
