The City of Reading (City) is seeking bid/proposals to supply Polymer to the City's Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) as further detailed throughout this IFB inclusive of all tasks, deliverables and/or products required herein. If the City makes an award in connection with the bid/proposal, Attachment I "Contract" and all terms and conditions of this IFB as well as all documents incorporated therein shall form the entire agreement between the City and the successful Bidder. Question Submission Deadline:August 8, 2025, 2:00pm Question Response Deadline:August 12, 2025, 2:00pm There will not be a pre-bid meeting for this project. Each proposal shall be accompanied by bid surety in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal. A certified check or bid bond will be accepted. The City of Reading reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, and to accept or reject any part of a bid, as may be in the public interest.
