To ensure fair consideration for all bidders, the City prohibits communication to or with any department or division manager or employee during the bid process with the exception of those questions relative to interpretation of specifications of the bid process. Such questions shall be submitted to the via the City's OpenGov website by 2 P.M., Tuesday, August 7, 2025. The City of Reading (City) is seeking bid/proposals to supply and deliver Street Light Poles to the City's Public Works Department as further detailed throughout this IFB inclusive of all tasks, deliverables and/or products required herein. If the City makes an award in connection with the bid/proposal, Attachment F "Contract" and all terms and conditions of this IFB as well as all documents incorporated therein shall form the entire agreement between the City and the successful Bidder.
