Exhaust Fan Replacement and Installation at Glenside Homes :- Location- 1301 Schuylkill Avenue, Reading PA 19601 Reading Housing Authority (Owner) is pursuing a project to remove and replace 400 bathroom exhaust fans and control switches and install 400 vented kitchen range hood exhaust fans according to mechanical and electrical drawings and documents. Questions about technical specifications can be asked on at online. Questions about HUD forms, bid forms, etc. or online can be emailed to Purchasing Officer, Steve Notario, at contracts@readingha.org. All requests for information are to be submitted in writing at online. 11:00 AM on Friday, August 1, 2025. Bids shall be submitted on the basis of a stipulated sum. The Owner also reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids for any reason or reasons whatsoever. Construction Commencement: September 29, 2025 Substantial Completion: November 21, 2025 Final Completion: December 05, 2025
