Renovation of an educational facility in Humble, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 79,656-square-foot educational facility.
Humble ISD is announcing the release of the following Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP)2026-02 Oak Forest Elementary - HVAC Upgrades. Architect of Record: DBR Engineering Consultants, Inc. Representative: Ruben Arroyo. Question Deadline 08/18/2025 at 4:00 PM CT Any questions related to this bidding opportunity should be submitted through online. The Project, of which the work of this Contract is a part, is Oak Forest Elementary School - HVAC Upgrades at for the Humble Independent School District. The Project consists primarily of: 1. Replacement of all air handlers, fans, air cooled chillers, hydronic boiler, domestic water heaters, and pumps. 2. Adding a mini-split system to the school MDF room. 3. Replacement of piping insulation in all mechanical rooms back to interior mechanical room wall. 4. Removal of storage water tank. 5. Full replacement of Controls System. 6. Replacement of all manual valves in hydronic piping. 7. Providing additional VAV boxes with hot water coils for interior zone heating. 8. Cleaning of all supply, return, and exhaust ductwork. 9. Cleaning of any hot water coils that are to remain. E. The Project consists of other Work; including, but not limited to: 1. Uninstall/reinstall ceiling grids for replacement of plenum installed mechanical equipment.
