The Town of Stratford is seeking competitive bids from qualified contractors with proven industry experience, to provide labor, materials, tools, equipment, and all else necessary, to perform on-call painting services for both interior and exterior projects located at Town buildings and Public Schools' facilities. Town may award to multiple bidders based on overall competitive cost, scheduling availability and range of services on offer. TERM / RENEWAL OF CONTRACT The Town intends to award a (12) month contract commencing upon award of contract. On (60) days advance written notice, the Town may renew the 2026 contract per the same terms and conditions, including an agreed upon optional cost of living allowance (COLA) increase. Option to renew each extended term shall be at the sole discretion of the Town of Stratford and shall be mutually agreed upon by both parties.
