The Work includes but not limited to: a. Powerwashing all stone masonry. b. Rebuilding stone archway. c. Repair/replace broken or missing stones. d. Reset/re-point existing stone work. The bidder declares that the scope of the work has been thoroughly reviewed and any questions resolved (see above for name and number of individual to contact for questions). If applicable, the bidder further declares that the site has been inspected as called for in the specifications (q.v.). The Town of Stratford ("Town") is seeking competitive bids from qualified contractors with proven industry experience to provide labor, materials, tools, equipment, and all else necessary, to perform the work as delineated in the Contract Documents prepared by Snyder Architects, LLC, Trumbull, CT.
