**As of November 18, 2025, the project was awarded to Global Tech Systems, with an awarded amount of $$242,621.92.** The Stratford Housing Authority (SHA) is seeking sealed bids for the following Project: Video Surveillance at Lucas Gardens I & II Apartments, Stratford, CT. Work covered in this project manual consists of new video surveillance systems, and associated work as shown on drawings and specifications, for Lucas Gardens I & II in Stratford, CT, Video Surveillance System - Deduct Alternate 01 Provide the summary pricing below to reflect Deduct Alternate 01: Deduct Alternate 01: 1. Remove all scope on Building #4. 2. Remove Antenna A-3-03, cabling, labor, and configuration. 3. Do not reduce server storage. Deduct Alternate 02: 1. Remove all scope on Building #7. 2. Remove Antenna A-C-05, cabling, labor, and configuration. 3. Do not reduce server storage. A 5% Bid Security (above $25K) and 100% Performance/Payment Bonds (above $100K) are required. Bidders will note requirements of minimum wage rates, nondiscrimination/equal opportunity rules (Executive Order 11246) and related provisions in the General Conditions. No bid shall be withdrawn for sixty (60) days. Complete bidding requirements are noted in the Contract Documents. This project is federally assisted. Therefore, bidders must comply with the following requirements: Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968; Equal Opportunity provisions of Executive Order 11246; NonDiscrimination provision of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; Labor Standards provisions of the Davis-Bacon Act and related acts and Contract Work Hours Standards Act; prevailing wage determinations as issued by the United States Department of Labor; and all applicable provisions under Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974.
