Cherry Street/Old Missouri 47, Cap Au Gris Street, Carol Drive, Gambit Drive, Gorget Drive, Gorget Court, Robin Hood Drive, Hyde Drive, Hyde Court, Wingate Drive, Berkshire Court, Glenhaven Drive, Kensington Court, Paddington Court, Waterford Court, Cambridge Court, Yorkshire Place, Eddington Court, Oxford Place, Newcastle Drive, and Remington Place. Concrete surfaces will be milled two inches (2") prior to overlay. Prevailing wage rates as issued by the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, Division of Labor Standards, will be complied with on this project and not less than the highest prevailing hourly rate of wages shall be paid to all workmen performing work under this Contract. The City of Troy reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. The City of Troy further reserves the right to reject the Bid of any Bidder whom it finds, after reasonable inquiry and evaluation, not to be responsive or responsible or not to meet the specified qualification or quality requirements, based on poor references or otherwise. The City of Troy may also reject the Bid of any Bidder if the City reasonably believes that it would not be in the best interest of the project or the public to make an award to that Bidder. The City of Troy reserves the right to waive all informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the Work. Bidders may not withdraw their bid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from and after the date named herein for the opening of bids.
